Anonymous Upload

 

The Anonymous Upload page of the basic document management software is used to set up a public page that anyone can upload documents to.  The link here is automatically generated, so you can customize the look of the upload page in order to have it match whatever design you like.  As well, you can access a list of files that were uploaded anonymously by clicking the Anonymous Uploaded Files button.

The configuration page allows you to add text to the page, limit what can and cannot be uploaded, change colors, and add your own images to the page

Text for this page:

This text will be displayed on your anonymous upload page

Show First/Last Name:

This determines whether there will be a box for first and last name presented to uploaders

Show Email:

This determines whether there will be a box for email presented to uploaders

Use Java Tool:

If this is selected uploaders will be allowed to use the java tool for uploads

Allowed File Types:

If you would like to limit the files that can be uploaded to a small range of file types, enter them here

Forbidden File Types:

If you would like to prevent certain file types being uploaded, then enter their extension here

Max File Size:

If you enter a number here, this will be the maximum size file, in MB, that users can upload

Forbidden IP's:

Enter any IP addresses you wish to ban in this box

Customize Interface with:

If you select the HTML option you will be able to enter custom HTML into the header of the page, allowing you to customize it as you need. If you select the Standard Template you will just be able to change the images and links.

Image:

For each image you can browse in a new file and select its alignment

Link:

This is the text that will appear on the page where the link is located

URL:

This is the address the link will point to
