Customize Document Fields

The Customize Document Fields page of the document management software applications allows you to add or remove the fields a user must enter data into when uploading a new file.

Field	Description
Title:	This will display next to the field, so it should be an accurate description of what the user must enter
Type:	This determines what type of input you would like this form to accept, options are: Drop-down, Text, Checkbox, or Radio Button
Values:	With the exception of a textbox, all input types require you to input the options the user can choose from
